Ingredients
A roll of dough crust, Abate pears to taste, cheese slices "Beautiful Country", honey, milk to taste, 1 egg.
Preparation
In a heart-shaped cake pan, lined with baking paper, moved upward position on the edge of the pastry crust. Arrange, radial, thin slices of pears, alternating with thin slices of cheese.
