Ingredients
Butterfly (mini size) to taste, 1 chest chicken, 2 potatoes, salt to taste bread crumbs, egg, grated parmesan cheese to taste, homemade tomato sauce, extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation

Cook the chicken and potatoes steam, transfer the potatoes in a bowl, mash with a fork and add the chopped chicken, a handful of bread crumbs, a handful of grated parmesan, an egg, a pinch of salt and mix well together. The mixture should have the consistency of meatloaf. In a saucepan, pour the tomato sauce by adding about a tablespoon of extra virgin oil.
